Our Number One Priority
Health & Safety
The Growth Code Conference For Pediatric Private Practices is committed to implementing conscious and intentional measures to not only combat COVID-19, but promote healthy best practices that will become the protocol for all events during high and low risk time periods alike. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our event participants and industry partners. Our goal is to hold a safe event, recognizing it is not possible to remove all risks, in particular concerning COVID-19. We will put required measures in place to provide a safe environment for our attendees. Policies for the Annual Conference will be set according to CDC and public health recommendations, federal, state, and local regulations applicable at the time of the event, and what conference management deems necessary to manage the risk for its event attendees. The Growth Code Conference For Pediatric Private Practices may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others, and attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated. Our conference is implementing the following best practices:
- We will follow a strict safety protocol as designated by our conference safety leadership team
- We will encourage frequent hand washing, sanitizing and physical distancing when necessary.
- We will implement the health and safety practices as issued by local and state health authorities, including the venue, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
- High-touch areas will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
The Growth Code Conference For Pediatric Private Practices does not require vaccinations for its attendees, but we strongly recommend that attendees get vaccinated if they are able to. The Growth Code Conference For Pediatric Private Practices respects that certain health issues and religious beliefs may prevent some attendees from being vaccinated. Although the use of face masks is not required, it is highly encouraged for anyone that is unvaccinated or has a weak immune system to use a face mask especially for indoor events.
